Athens campus 遗产厅 is open to the public Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm, 星期六闭馆 & 周日. The following areas are accessible without a badge while the building is open:

- First-floor admissions lobby, open Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 5 pm
- First- floor café - open 7 am - 4 pm Monday - Friday. The café opens the first day of fall classes each year and closes over the summer.

Meeting room schedules can be viewed through Catmail. Click on the small box in the upper left hand corner, select "All apps," then "日历." Click on "Add calendar" at the top; select from the directory. In the search box from the directory, type the building name and room number you want to check availability for. A Student Event Room Scheduling Request Form must be filled out for all college events that involve students.
