的 非洲象 collection at 奥尔登图书馆 supports the African Studies Program 和 research interests of all newbb电子平台 faculty 和 students interested in Africa. 的 aim is to provide scholarly resources for a comprehensive underst和ing of the African continent, its peoples 和 its languages. 的 monograph collection is estimated at about 150,000 Africa related volumes. Beyond basic support of the whole of Africa, the collection concentrates on West Africa, East Africa 和 南部 Africa.

Ohio 大学图书馆 is a member of OhioLINK a statewide library consortium in Ohio 和 has access to an extensive collection of Africa related electronic journals 和 materials from other libraries in Ohio. Through its membership of the Center for 研究 库 (CRL) the library has access to the large collection of Africa related materials in CRL’s collections.

Negash Tigrinya Collection

的 Negash Tigrinya Collection is a unique collection of Tigrinya language texts donated to Ohio 大学图书馆 by Dr Ghirmai Negash, Professor of English at newbb电子平台. 藏品包括:

Bostwana Depository Collection
